Return Policy / Warranty Information
S.E.T.S. Systems, Inc. Warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage
resulting from accident or misuse. If this product should become defective due to S.E.T.S. SYSTEMS, INC. materials or workmanship please
read the parts replacement procedure information below.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranties of merchant liability or fitness for a
particular purpose, whether arising by law, custom or conduct, and the rights and remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in
lieu of any other rights or remedies. In no event shall S.E.T.S. SYSTEMS, INC. be liable for consequential damages.
When installed by a licensed plumber and electrician (proof required), the SETS products are covered by a LIFETIME 100% PARTS REPLACEMENT
WARRANTY ( including heating elements ) to the original purchaser when installed at the address on the Warranty Registration
Card below. Unit is sealed with tamper proof label, tampering or removal of this label VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. The warranty may be
transferred to a subsequent homeowner upon payment of a $50.00 U.S. dollar transfer fee.
ALL RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE
OF PURCHASE CARRY A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS,
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS . ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE UNIT VOIDS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES. SETS SYSTEMS,
INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER CHARGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE

Parts Replacement Procedure
If a component requires replacement, just contact the manufacturer or distributor or by e-mail at tankless@hubbellheaters.com: This Warranty does not include
LABOR COST, labor cost is the responsibility of the owner of the product.
Provide proof of purchase.
Provide proof that the SETS product was installed by a licensed plumber and/or electrician. ( receipt with installer’s license number)
Describe the problem.
UNIT RETURN & REPAIR PROCEDURE
1) Call S.E.T.S. SYSTEMS, INC. or Distributor where unit purchased Return Dept.. and request a Return Authorization Number ( R.A. )
2) Send the product prepaid to S.E.T.S. SYSTEMS, INC. 6900 N.W. 72nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33166
A letter must accompany the return stating the problem you had with the product.
3 ) Your (R.A. #) must be printed on the outside of the returned package where it can be easily seen or the package will be refused at S.E.T.S. SYSTEMS,
INC. receiving dock and returned to you. ALL FREIGHT CHARGES TO AND FROM ( INCOMING/OUTGOING ) ARE TO BE PAID BY CUSTOMER
