S.E.T.S warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship prior to leaving the manufacturing facility.

 When installed by a licensed electrician and plumber (specific proof required), the S.E.T.S products are covered by a MANUFACTURER’S LIFETIME 100% PARTS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY (including heating elements) to the original purchaser when installed at the customer’s address and submitted, in compliance, on the Warranty Registration Card below.

 Transfer: The warranty may be transferred to one subsequent homeowner at the same address upon payment of a $50.00 U.S. dollar transfer fee. Said transfer fee and second owner information must be submitted by Certified Mail within 7 days of the house sale closing or there will be no further warranty extended under any circumstances. Failure of original owner to provide 2nd owner with information in a timely fashion will not alter the requirements of this paragraph.

• Your proof that the SETS product was installed by a licensed electrician and plumber. (receipt for work with installer’s license number if requested by tech support)
• Be sure to have first read your supplied and easy to read “Homeowner Manual” and have your supplied “Troubleshooting Manual” in hand to describe your problem.

If, at the sole discretion of S.E.T.S a component requires repair or replacement it will be provided free of charge and mailed to the customer via regular mail. If faster service is desired, the customer must select and pay for same.

If, at the sole discretion of S.E.T.S a component replacement will not be sure to remedy the situation S.E.T.S may require the unit to be returned to the factory to be inspected and reset to manufacturer’s specifications. The return procedures must be exactly followed.

 LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS AFFECTING YOUR WARRANTY: This warranty is void if the product is not installed in accordance with relevant, local electrical and plumbing codes and in accordance with the installation instructions specified by the manufacturer. Local codes will override manufacturer’s instructions at the time of installation and if additional installation parts are required, the costs will be the responsibility of purchaser. Above ground level installations must be protected with drip pans and drains just as the codes call for protective requirements used in regular hot water Tank installations. This warranty does not include damage resulting from shipping, accident, misuse or incorrect installation procedures provided by licensed installers. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, either written or oral, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchant liability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether arising by law, custom or conduct, and the rights and remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of any other rights or remedies. In no event shall S.E.T.S SYSTEMS, INC. be liable for consequential damages of any kind. The consumer hereby accepts the entire responsibility for ascertaining whether they have sufficient electrical power at their residence to operate our Tankless Water heaters as indicated in our specifications which are readily available at our websites, in our brochures and contained in the shipping box for installers to read before installation. If a consumer has purchased without first ascertaining the cost for installation or the necessary power available for operation, S.E.T.S at its’ sole and complete discretion may allow a return and grant a refund less freight and less 30% as a restocking fee. The refund will be predicated on an inspection of the unit being returned either unopened or in its’ original shipping box and packing. This request and for this reason only must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of the unit.

 AFTER 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS WHATSOEVER. CONSUMER ACCEPTS ALL SALES AS FINAL. ANY ALTERATION TO THE UNIT VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. S.E.T.S SYSTEMS INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER CHARGE OR EXPENSE INCURRED OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE UNIT.

 S.E.T.S shall not be liable for consequential, special, incidental or contingent expenses or damages arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or use of the Tankless water heater nor will S.E.T.S be liable for any water damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Tankless water heater or from the failure of or defect in any component part or connecting plumbing. This warranty does not include tradesmen labor charges at the consumer’s home for any reason nor does it include shipping of any kind in any direction. Replacement parts or product are not included unless specifically specified in and under the terms of this warranty. Independent sub panel breaker boxes and breakers are included with the Tankless heater at no additional charge but are not covered under or by the Tankless warranty.

Manufacturer and consumer agree to the above terms in their entirety and accept all sales as final without recourse to a credit card company and hereby agree that any and all actions arising from or relating to this warranty or any aspect of the S.E.T.S SYSTEMS, Inc. Tankless Water Heater must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, SA.
